动物实验（体内实验）

在急性肺结核小鼠模型中，给药PA-824 (100 mg/kg)导致细菌负荷量减少，在肺和脾中低于500 CFU。^[1] 在肺结核小鼠模型中，PA-824表现出时间依赖性抗菌活性，24天中观察到的最大杀菌作用为0.1 log CFU/天。^[2]
